Welcome
Now begins the teaching of yoga.

Take in a deep breath; slowly release the exhale. Inhale- let; exhale- go. The scent of palo santo wood wafts through the air. We connect to our breath as we start to settle into our practice. A reading sets context for the postures through which we will move, connecting breath to movement. The asanas, the flows, make our body stronger. The breath calms and centers our mind. We move and then we rest. We settle onto the earth as we enter savasana; an essential oil treatment complements relaxation. We end our sacred practice with a tea ceremony.
At NowYoga, our purpose is to guide practitioners on a transformative yoga journey, integrating ancient wisdom with modern life, fostering holistic well-being, self-compassion, and a deep connection to the sacred essence within and around us, and returning to a place of authentic self.
Practice With Me
Yoga has transformed my life and I want to walk with you on your journey. YogaNow offers services that will guide you to return to your sense of self; oneness. Using Patanjali's Yoga Sutras as my guide, I meet you where you are at to deliver a practice that will make your body strong and flexible, and your mind centered and connected. Practicing yoga with me encompasses a comprehensive range of offerings designed to facilitate holistic well-being, personal growth, and deep spiritual connection. These services combine physical postures, breathwork, meditation, and mindfulness practices with ancient spiritual teachings to create a transformative journey.

Yoga Private Sessions
Private yoga sessions are offered for groups, individuals, as well as couples or partners. My sessions serve to create an experience and are customized to your unique needs. Uniting breath, body, and mind will leave your body feeling energized and your mind calm. With time and consistency, you will feel a deep peace and connection to self.

Individuals: I work with all levels. My experience includes working with students who suffer from anxiety and mobility challenges. I also work with athletes to increase flexibility, and advanced students who are looking to grow in their practice. I meet you where you are at to create a comfortable and welcoming environment.

Partners: For partners, the practice unites you and a loved one, a friend, a parent, a child, for a duo session. Practicing together creates a unique energy. For loving couples, this session can create a deeper intimacy and a soulful understanding of each other. For friends and other loved ones, this duo practice will deepen your bond and playfulness with each other. This session provides an opportunity to flow in a new, connected way.

Groups: Group class sizes range from 3 to 30 students and may include students at varying levels within a class.

Meditation

Let go. Connect to the present moment. Such simple words, but staying connected to the present moment, calming the chatter in our minds, is so hard for many of us. A consistent meditation practice will help to still the chatter, quiet the mind, alleviate anxiety, improve energy and focus, lower blood pressure and cortisol levels, and so much more.
Meditation sessions set a clear, positive, energetic tone for the day. Meditation sessions are available virtually, or arrangements can be made to deliver a meditation practice in the privacy of your home.
